The menu for the wine dinner has been finalized and will consist of the following courses. First coarse, Pumpkin ravioli in a brown sage butter, over a parmasean cream sauce , topped with chopped toastedĀ almonds. Second coarse, Arugula salad with candied pecans , brie croutons tossed in an apple and rosemary dressing. Third coarse Porcini dusted baby veal chops accompanied by a wild rice risotto and port wine sauce. Fourth coarse, Apple and cranberry bread pudding topped with aĀ vanilla Ā gelato. On Tuesday November 20, 2012 . The menu will consist of Antipasti : Arugula salad with an apple rosemary dressing, candied pecans, brie crutons, and crispy pancetta. Primi Piatti : Pumpkin Ravioli in a brown sage butter, over a parmasean cream sauce, and topped with slivered almonds. Secondi piatti : to be determined. Dolci : Warm apple pie with vanilla gelato
